The SA-1 must be sent back in its original package without any scratches or structural damages, once final inspection is carried out the refund will take place. Postage and handling will be at the expense of the customer, and if the product is not at the standard it was purchased, Str8aim is able to cancel the refund until further inspection / or upon agreement with customer and str8aim.
5 year warranty – The aluminium tube, and the stainless steel rail and slider, is covered under the warranty only.
Any structural damage by customer will not be covered under the warranty.
